How to customize attractive gifts for own employees

Nowadays, many enterprises not only need to purchase gifts for marketing and thanking customers in the process of operation but also distribute some gifts to employees, so as to improve the cohesion of enterprises and increase the enthusiasm of employees.
So how do customize these gifts? I will share three tips in the next, which in fact I’ve put into my own company and achieved good results.

Before purchasing gifts, consult with employees so that all employees have the opportunity to participate

In this way, employees could not only get a sense of ownership and excitement but also reflects the people-oriented concept of the enterprises.

Many enterprises like to give gifts to their employees on important holidays. But I don’t think it is the best choice

In fact, I would recommend giving gifts on normal working days. At major festivals, people will bless and give gifts to each other, which may make the company gifts not so prominent. Instead, give gifts on Friday, employees will surely think that it is an unexpected pleasure to receive gifts from the company on this ordinary day.

In addition to printing LOGO on gifts, many enterprises also print some words of thanks or encouragement on gifts or packages

That’s certainly a good idea. However, I suggest that these words should be inscribed in the name of the company’s top management or the owner himself, not just in the name of the enterprise. Assuming that the CEO of ABC company is Bill, which of the following two ways do you think would be more motivating?

Thanks for your contribution to the company this year.
By ABC company

Thanks for your hard work and efforts, which have increased our company’s performance by 16% this year.
By Bill

Obviously, the second way would be more impressive.
Because it not only has digital instructions, which could make employees understand their own achievements more vividly, the most important thing is that employees will feel that their work has been recognized by the CEO.

Do you think these tips useful? If one of your customers will customize some gifts in the following months, you may share these with them.
